What is your academic, professional background?
“I have a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from Michigan State University, and a joint Masters in Environmental Science and Public Affairs from Indiana University. I also acquired a Professional Certificate in Watershed Management through the Indiana Watershed Leadership Academy and completed WEF’s National Green Infrastructure Certification Program. I have worked for non-profit, private, and federal employers, and formed my own LLC as a Writer and Consultant. My interests include native habitats, environmental policy, ecosystem services, green infrastructure, creative advocacy, and watershed literacy.”
What brought you to LFA?
“I was looking for opportunities to address environmental issues in St Joseph County and the region with a reputable firm. I was impressed with Lawson-Fisher Associates. The Environmental Document Specialist position enables me to utilize a vast repertoire of my education, training, and work experience.”
What are you most looking forward to learning at LFA?
“Immersing myself in the NEPA process and seeing first-hand the role that Civil Engineering plays in our communities.”
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
“I love being outdoors, running 5ks, reading, spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and cooking.”
