Paul A. Hummel, PE

Paul has over 40 years of wide-ranging construction and design experience from project inception through construction.

During this time period he has worked on a vast array of projects including bridges, interchanges, small structure replacements, drainage, hydraulic analysis and storm sewers, intersection improvements, added travel lanes, interstate rehabilitation, and major arterial new and reconstruction projects.

In addition to being the President, Paul heads the firm’s Construction Inspection Department and is a current member of ACEC and ASCE.

Michael J. Guzik, PE

Mike has more than 30 years of experience ranging from completing engineering assessments at project inception to managing complex, multi-faceted transportation design projects with multiple project partners.

During this time, his experience includes Complex Geometric Interchange Modifications, Highway Safety Improvement Projects, New Divided Highway Corridor Projects, Added Travel Lanes, Water and Sanitary Utility Design, and Civil-Site Design.

Mike has served as Vice President and Treasurer of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Indiana and also as Director for ACEC National. He holds active memberships with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), as well as other community boards.

Piper C. Tittle, PE

Piper has over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering industry ranging from detailed studies to managing complex design projects.

During this time her specific experience has included FERC Licensing and Procedures, Water and Sediment Quality Studies, Permitting, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Planning and Design, Lift Station Design, Watershed Management, and Hydrologic/Hydraulic Analysis.

Piper heads the firm’s Water Resources Department and is a current member of ASCE, AWWA, ASDSO, Indiana Rural Water Association, IWEA, WEF and IWRA.

Aaron W. Blank, PLS, PE

Aaron has nearly 30 years of experience ranging from topographic field surveys to complex boundary mapping. During his time at LFA, his team has performed services for INDOT and LPA transportation projects, Site Developments, Municipal Planning projects, IDNR and Dam Monitoring and Reconstruction Projects, Right-of-Way Engineering and Management of Right-of-Way Acquisition. Additionally, his team works with cities to manage and improve their GIS systems.

Aaron heads the firm’s Survey/GIS Department and his current memberships include ACEC, ASCE, Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, National Society of Professional Surveyors, and the Transportation and Development Institute of ASCE.

Jared M. Huss, PE

Jared has more than 20 years of experience ranging from planning studies to design projects engaging multiple public and private partners. His experience includes being a Town Engineer, Project Owner Representative for multiple clients, complex and non-complex transportation projects and various water resource-based studies and designs.

Jared utilizes these experiences in serving as the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Director handling the day-to-day communication with his marketing team and client relations. Jared is a member of ASCE, ASDSO, ICC and AIM and currently serves on the ACEC GAC.

Kevin J. Siedlecki, PE

Kevin has nearly 20 years of civil engineering experience ranging from on-site stormwater compliance reviews to system wide modeling and utility reconstruction projects. During this time he has worked on civil, environmental, water resources, wastewater management, dams, and other general construction projects.

As Project Manager, Kevin handles the day-to-day communication with the project team ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget are all on track. Kevin is our main coordinator and overseer of LFA’s Engineering Advancement Training Seminars (EATS) and is a member of ASCE, IWEA, WEF, and AWWA.

Dan G. Delgado, PE

Dan has over 25 years of experience with an extensive array of experience in transportation projects for INDOT, LPA, and local municipalities. During this time, he has worked on bridge rehabilitation/replacements, added capacity projects, interchange reconstruction, multiple intersections, dozens of small structure improvements projects, and partial and full roadway reconstruction projects.

Dan is also LFA’s resident specialist in utility coordination, maintenance of traffic design, storm sewer design, project bundling, and traffic management planning. As a Project Manager, Dan handles the day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are all on track. Dan is a member of ASCE.

Christopher J. Jeter, PE

Chris has nearly three decades of experience in hydraulics, stormwater modeling, planning studies, and water resource projects and is experienced in working with INDOT and various Local Public Agencies (LPAs). He is certified by INDOT to conduct National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) evaluations along with having experience in design, environmental studies, Red Flag Investigations, and waterway permitting for both LPA, INDOT, municipal, and privately owned projects.

As a Project Manager for Lawson-Fisher Associates P.C. with responsibilities for civil, environmental, water resources, wastewater management, and general construction projects, Chris handles day-to-day communication with the project team ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are tracking appropriately. Chris is a member of ASCE, INAFSM, and ASFPM and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Indiana.

Mark H. Foster, PE, LEED, BD+C, CPSWQ

Mark has nearly 30 years of experience ranging from bridge replacement, roadway design, and construction inspection projects to civil site and architectural building design projects for national retailers.

During this time his responsibilities also include oversight of project personnel, project management from inception to design, plan detailing, coordination and preparation of specification leading to successful project completion. Mark heads the firm’s Structural Department and is a member of ASCE.

Dmitri G. Adams, PE

Dmitri has more than a decade of experience in transportation design and project management for INDOT. He has worked on dozens of projects with added travel lanes, pavement replacement, intersection improvements, complex interchanges, small structures, hydraulics, and preventive and minor structural overlays. He is also LFA’s lead Utility Coordinator having successfully delivered approved work plans on over 40 projects for INDOT. Dmitri is also certified in Railroad Coordination for INDOT project delivery. Dmitri is a member of ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies) and is currently serving on its K-12 committee.
