Our Culture.

INVOLVEMENT.
High quality design and development is important to us, but so is caring for our community.

LFA goes above and beyond caring for the community. Our outreach programs range from food packing events to community rehabilitation events, to toy drives. Most notably, we’ve been long-time partners with United Way of St. Joseph County, volunteering at their Learning Chapter and Kindergarten Readiness Camps. LFA is committed to helping the lives of children and families in the communities that we serve. We’re changing our community, helping our community, and helping our neighbors.

LFA is excited for the continued progression of the University of Notre Dame’s Hydroelectric Plant Project and the rebirth of the City of South Bend’s Seitz Park.
