Indy Office Hosts Open House to Welcome Collaborators
(INDIANAPOLIS) — LFA hosted an open house the evening of Dec. 17, 2025, to welcome clients and partners to the newly expanded space on West Ohio Street in the Lake City Bank building.
Nearly 50 attendees enjoyed treats and beverages from Atrium Market Catering and toured the larger space and conference room. Guests enjoyed warm conversation and were able to view a presentation showcasing many of LFA’s varied key projects from the recent past.
Beyond proximity to INDOT and IDNR, expanding the downtown Indianapolis office brings LFA closer to valued partners to deepen involvement in the central Indiana region. The new office location is near Indianapolis government offices, state agencies and project partners. Some longtime LFA partners are even located in the same building, allowing for better collaboration and increased access to partnership opportunities.
Founded in 1971 and headquartered in South Bend, LFA opened its first Indianapolis office in 2023 to accommodate a growing list of central Indiana projects. LFA quickly outgrew the original space. The new office was selected for its proximity to the Indiana Government Center and the Statehouse, making it an ideal hub for project coordination and client engagement.
LFA is a full-service civil engineering firm offering transportation, structural, water resources, surveying/GIS, and construction inspection services. The firm serves state, county, and municipal clients across Indiana and southwest Michigan.
